Hello, I’m Charlie Lucroy, the Broker/Owner of Lucroy Residential, with a journey spanning over two decades in the real estate world. Starting in 1998, I embraced the family real estate investment business, and in 2009, I became a licensed real estate broker. My journey led me to Florida in 2015, where I began managing single-family residential homes, and now I have found myself in Mississippi, embracing the rich culture and scenic landscapes of the Magnolia State. Beyond real estate, I’m a Navy Veteran, a devoted husband, and father to three sons. With a passion for the Dallas Cowboys, and a love for the beach and golf, I believe in balancing hard work with relaxation. Leigh Lucroy is a residential and investment real estate agent serving the greater Jackson, Mississippi area. A native of Raymond, MS, Leigh brings a hospitality-driven approach to real estate, having earned an Associate's degree from Hinds Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. She spent 12 years in the hotel industry, where she developed a deep commitment to service, attention to detail, and making people feel at home—qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction.

In 2015, Leigh and her husband Charlie moved to Florida to pursue his real estate career. In 2024, they returned home to Mississippi to open their own brokerage focused on residential property management. Today, Leigh is a Realtor® working with buyers, sellers, and investors across residential and investment properties, helping clients find their dream home or the next opportunity to grow their real estate portfolio.

Leigh has been married to Charlie Lucroy for 17 years, and together they have three sons — Gabe, William, and Robert. Outside of work, she loves spending time on the boat with family, grilling out, trying new restaurants, traveling, and cheering on MS State and the Dallas Cowboys. 

Ayla Robinson-Gray is an Office Manager with eight years of experience in the property management industry. Based in Jackson, Mississippi, Ayla enjoys being part of a team that helps make the rental experience as smooth and positive as possible for residents.

Over the years, Ayla has learned that property management is about much more than paperwork and office work—it’s about people. She enjoys helping residents, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring things get taken care of. She is hardworking, dependable, and dedicated to the people she works with and serves.

Ayla takes pride in being someone people can count on when they need help. She knows that no two days in property management are exactly the same, and she enjoys the variety, challenges, and relationships that come with the job. After eight years in the industry, she is especially proud to still be doing what she loves and to continue learning and growing along the way.

Outside of work, Ayla enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and trying new places to eat. Family is very important to her, and she enjoys making memories and spending quality time with the people she loves.

For Ayla, eight years in property management is more than just a career—it’s a reflection of her hard work, dedication, and commitment to helping people every day.  

At home, Jelicia is a 3x business owner and mother to a bubbly little girl, Jalaysia. At Lucroy Residential, Jelicia is a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator/Field Ops Manager, with experience coordinating maintenance operations, supporting residents, and ensuring properties are maintained efficiently and effectively. In her role, she serves as a key point of communication between residents, maintenance teams, and management, helping resolve concerns, prioritize service requests, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. She takes pride in being organized, responsive, solution-oriented, and committed to providing excellent resident service while protecting the value and functionality of the properties we manage.

Zach Grantham serves as the Leasing Coordinator at Lucroy Residential, bringing over two years of property management experience to his role. He approaches each day's challenges head-on, taking pride in finding effective solutions for the issues his team encounters.

What Zach values most about his work is the impact it has on people's lives. Helping tenants find a home is often one of the most stressful processes they'll go through, and he finds it deeply rewarding to ease that stress and match people with a home that truly fits their needs. He's equally committed to serving property owners, who rely on a trusted partner to look after their investment with care and integrity. For Zach, the reward lies in knowing that both tenants and owners benefit from the work Lucroy Residential does every day.

Outside the office, Zach enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing golf. He's often out exploring new hiking trails with his dog, and he stays active in his church and local community events.
